@Beverly2 even your account is suspended, you can still login to My account and access the account number
It is on the Profile page, My Account Info section:
If you forgot your login , try the Forgot Password link and enter the email address you used (If you are unsure which one , you can try all email addresses you have and see which one receive the reset code)
If you still unable reset it that way, open ticket with PM Support:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".
2. Or Private message to the CS Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

Account number is at Profile, down right hand part of the screen.
You do not need account number to re-activate your account. If account is suspended less than 90 days due to no payment you just have to pay your bill and account will be re-activated.

HI @Beverly2 did you try to login to My account? What error you got?
Is your phone service working? and when was the last time you made a payment? if an account was not pay for 90 days since suspension, the account would have been closed already
