I am asking on behalf of a friend. The email that is set up with public mobile is no longer active and they have also changed their phone number. When they try to login to update their credit card information the dual authentication won't work as the email and cell number are invalid. Is there any way to update this information without logging in?

Your friend needs to contact a CS_Agent to straighten out the account but why update the CC if the email and number is inactive?
Maybe better to stop payment to cancel the account and get a new SIM and start from scratch.

No. I suggest they buy a pm voucher to top up via 611 and contact customer support to help for the login issue. More info below on payment options....

Have them make a community account and eversafe ID using the email address they want to switch their self serve account to.....not one that's ever been used on public mobile previously.
