did you just join PM? check if your phone connects to PM Neteork at all. If not, it could be an account or sim provisioning issue, please engage support here

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
 
Also, you can try to click Reset all networks or Reset Network Settings on your phone and try again
