phone suspended and unable to log in

Hi

My phone was suspended since my visa info was changed. I am unable to log into my account. I reset my password however,  the email on file is no longer valid and unable to replace the new email address. Need to update the account with new visa info and email address to receive the code. please help

@Vera_mile10 you can change your email address on file. Once you sign into MY Account,  click on Profile and Manage Eversafe ID. You will see the option to change email address. 

You can update your credit card into under the Payment section. Many have had issues updating credit card info so might have to clear cache if it doesn't work the first time. You can also update information in the app under Payment.
