Unable to receive or send SMS messages. Also not able to verify My Account to login due to not receiving SMS verification code.

Verified not a problem with the phone itself by trying another SIM active from a different account.

Phone calls work fine tho. Seems like activation maybe didn't fully go through?

I have the same problem. This is so irritating. So many things need 2 factor authentication through text and now I can't get them.

 

Submitted a ticket. They better fix this quickly.

Yes, if only SMS an issue, it is a PM system problem with new activation.   Voice, data both work but just SMS is the problem.  And with the SMS problem, it will affect account verification.   PM is aware of the problem and can only fix the issue one account at a time.
