Just switched 2 lines to PM from Fido and getting dropped calls few times a day on both lines at different locations (Toronto dt and Richmond Hill/Vaughan).
Any suggestions?

try rebooting your device and resetting network connections. If available, you may want to try your Sim card in another device to see if the problem continues. Of course, you can’t do this with E-SIM.

I've been getting dropped calls too now and then. Try going into network settings and turn off automatic and pick Public Mobile then reboot. See if that resolves it.
Since you switched, have you been able to make and receive calls? What about text messages and data?
