Drop Calls

Has anyone experienced their phone drop calls randomly? I have reset my phone many times and it has not changed the issue.

Which model phone do you have?  Is it VoLTE enabled?

You may want to consider a network reset of phone. Note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords.

You might want to try your Public Mobile SIM card in another device to see if the problem persists.

If this issue does not happen in certain areas only, reach out to customer support and perhaps they can reprovision your account to prevent it from recurring.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
