I am an old customer and still using the pitiful $25 1G plan. If I change to the lower $15 plan, will the original data bonus still be retained? Including the recent 30G and the previous 2G per year, as well as international long-distance call minutes, etc.

Hello @weiyiluo If you lower your price plan to a lower plan, you will still keep any More The Merrier gifts given over the years that haven't been used. However, with the loyalty data Public Mobile gave you, you will lose it. However, you can create a ticket and speak to a CS Agent about it.
