I downgraded from the $25 plan to the $15 plan two days ago, and it will take effect on the renewal date on the 23rd. Today I saw the $19 1G plan, can I still change it?

I am an old customer and still using the pitiful $25 1G plan. If I change to the lower $15 plan, will the original data bonus still be retained? Including the recent 30G and the previous 2G per year, as well as international long-distance call minute...
