My bank account was charged double when I topped up this month how do I get a credit!!!

For account related issues you need to reach out to the moderator team - they are PM employees and can help with account issues. Working on a first come, first serve basis, they will get back to you as soon a they can, likely tomorrow morning when they are back in office.
