Hello,
I wanted to change my subscription plan and have it reflect on my next payment.
However, I see that I have two funds on hold for both subscriptions.
Kindly advise if I will be charged for both subscriptions or just the one.

Hi @Cmanchuu, if you go into your PM app and go into the "Payment" tab, at the top you will see "Estimated Amount Due". This should match the cost of the plan you are subscribed to and if you want to confirm which plan you are currently subscribed to go to the first tab and click on "Manage Subscriptions". If anything seems way off you should open a ticket through the Chatbot: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
