HI @Sandy031  there is no number to call and "talk" to with Public Mobile, everything is done via message and ticket

HI @PGidda check the credit card first, some will see two transaction but one of them is pending charge, and will be dropped off after couple days

@PGidda  check credit card is are both charges posted ? Or is one pending . The pending one should fall off . Also be sure to check your available funds in my account for the difference . If not here and both charges are posted. Please open ticket with support to get a  credit

@PGidda

Where you see the double payments?  Were they on the credit card or were they on the Payment History on My Acocunt (https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history ) ?

If you see them on your credit card, check if one of the charge is just a pending charge while only one of them is the posted charge

If they are on Payment history on My Account,  please note that each renewal will show at least two transactions on payment history on My account.  Only one entry shows actual PM charge, show how much PM charged your card and applied the amount to your Available Fund in My Account.  The other entry, likely couple hours later on the same day, will be showing how PM uses the money from your Available fund in My Account for plan renewal.

Post us a screenshot of you have questions

or you can message support if you are certain both are posted charges:

I'd suggest calling their customer support and talking to them there, you'll most likely get a hold of them quicker and I don't doubt for a second you'll get refunded right away, make sure when you call that you have your info ready. Like your name, phone number, email..ect stuff like that, hope this helps!
