Hello,
I paid for my plan by credit card although the payment was taken twice. I also changed my plan from the 3 month to the 1 month and was still charged the price of the 3 month plan. I would like the double payment to be refunded as well as the remaining money refunded for changing my plan from the 3 month to the single month back to my credit card. Can anyone help?
