Openned a new account and got double charged. Please fix

I opened an account via chrome mobile android browser and after they take a payment it asks to download app and continue to register on app. The app does not allow me to finish registration without a payment, so causing this double payment. it is a bug/ process issue on why the app does not see my first payment. both payment posted on credit card, but do not see extra credit in my account. Opened a ticket with agent. thanks all for your help

i am ok if i see the extra funds in account for following month, but don't see it in account and double payments are posted on my credit card. thanks

If you confirmed were double charged. The extra funds will remain in your account as credit to pay your next month’s bill. You can contact a CS_Agent for a refund but it will take up to 30 days to process…same time for your next month bill.

Hi,
Where do you see the double charges? Have your credit card statement printed already with it?
Please not this can be pending and only 1 charge, the correct charge will be posted to your cc account. Pending charges can appear for up to 5 days before posted.

please confirm with your credit card first and check if both are real charges or maybe one of the two just pending
if both are real charge, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here and request refund
