I opened an account via chrome mobile android browser and after they take a payment it asks to download app and continue to register on app.   The app does not allow me to finish registration without a payment,  so causing this double payment.  it is...

i am ok if i see the extra funds in account for following month,  but don't see it in account and double payments are posted on my credit card.  thanks
