Double charged monthly fees of Aug. 2024

My bank account shows that you charged me twice on 13 and 14 of Aug. 2024 monthly fees. Please correct me. Thanks a lot.  Robert

hi @RobertWu the 2  charges have been over 10 day, they  should not be just pending charges.  You should has PM support to check

Did you change plans?  If so, immediate plan change versus scheduled? Purchase any add ons? 

What does your payment history page show?  any extra available funds?
