Double charged Sept and October

Both my wife and I have been double charged for 2 months on our credit cards!Whats up

hi @aavenger54 just I. case cache problem, use Incognito/ private/secret mode to login My Account and check the payment history 

if it shows changed once but credit card shoes twice, ask support

@aavenger54   You didn’t happen to do a immediate plan change in sept did you ? Also note PM plans are 30 days /90 days not monthly  . So if you change plans on the sept 1 then in Oct you would have been charged again Oct 1 and oct31 again . But Is one charge just pending ? If so it should fall off if both charges are posted  and the difference is not in your accounts available funds then submit ticket with support to investigate and ask for credit /refund
