If you need a caring agent , please open ticket : 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

If you have an Active SIM then your SIM is registered. If you activated the SIM in a store then you need to register an account by registrating an account using your phone number.

If you can’t remember the email address, you can contact a CS_Agent to help access your account.

@Illness - if I am not mistaken I just called 611 and was able to obtain my total data left on my account.

Now, I have data addons also, but the remaining amount seemed to have included my plan data too.

 

Try calling 611, then after is says 'Main Menu' hit 3.  You will need your 4 digit account pin to access this info.

 

What does it tell you for remaining data addons. If you don't have any addons, what does it say anyhow?
