How do I register for a new subscription. Even though I have paid my public mobile bill it states my account is not active

Simply login to your account online or the PM app then on the Subscription tab>Manage Subscription>Subscription Renewal and enable AutoPay/Subscription.
If you want to change your plan from your current plan. Click on Subscription>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription. I would suggest you change your subscription on your next renewal date and not Now because you will be charge already for the current subscription plus your new subscription.

@Teacher51 once you sign into your account it will let you know the status. If a payment is needed, there is an option to pay now to resume services. See link here.

Once you do that, you can then click on the Subscription tab to change to available plans. Select Change on Renewal to get full benefits of both old and new subscription as no prorated amounts will be given.
