Hello! We purchased the number for my son couple years ago and there was an auto payment. The card is still working but we received the message that the service is on hold due to the incorrect payment method (which is not true)
we forgot his login credential and don’t remember which email was registered under this number. Is there any way to restore the account by the phone number?

While you are waiting for an CS_Agent to respond. You can purchase a voucher and dial 611 on his phone or dial 1-855-4PUBLIC and enter the voucher number and pin to restore service.
A voucher can be purchased at these locations:
7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples

click on forget email on the login screen, enter your phone number on the recover your email page.
