I got rid of my old email and forgot to change my registered details on here. I also changed my number and now that number isn’t recognised. How do I create a ticket? It’s driving me insane not being able to do anything on here

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

Because you are unable to log into your account, THIS is the proper way.
The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.
