You cna go to a Koodo or Telus store for something like a new sim etc but that's where it ends, they won't assist PM customers further anymore

@janelco Sorry, no kiosk. All support are online now
And E-SIm is not supported on PM yet
For Tier 3 providers, I think only Lucky mobile has e-sim.
If not, you will have to check Tier 2 or Tier 1 providers like Koodo or Telus

Not anymore. All PM retail establishments have been closed.
Only PM SIM will work/provide with PM services.
