So, you ended up using desktop computer to get through the payment page?
there was problem with mobile browser on payment page before , but I thought PM fixed the issue

you've kinda hit some help by posting in the Community here (where we are all customers and members like you). But PM representatives are CSAs.

If you have no services, from a failed autopay, add Funds, manually, to your owing amount or more, through SELF SERVE (or by calling 611 if you have a card registered), then select to reactivate/resume services if it does not automatically do so.
If your plan still does not reactivate / resume and it shows $0 owing, try adding a $1 top-up payment.

If this was an Autopay failure, I would let the Customer Support Agents (CSA) know.

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
until you complete updated credit card payment use vouchers,
if you need ASAP to make payment you can go to Shell Stations to purchase vouchers
and add to your account by call *611
once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,

If you buy a voucher it may take as long as 24 hours to be active. Some places will be instant, while others not so much. Shoppers Drug Mart seems to be a reliable option that will become active immediately, but just keep that in mind.

You can purchase a voucher at these locations:
You can dial 611 and enter the voucher number.
PM is all online service so you can contact a CS_Agent through private message above or type in Create a Ticket below.
There is a glitch with the new website so AutoPay might be disabled. Did you forget your password?
A CS_Agent can help you access your account between the hours of 6:00am to 10:00pm EST and you can enter your voucher in your account as well or enable AutoPay.
