Does not save new sim number

Hi,

I lost my SIM card, while travelling. I came home to Ottawa and bought a new public mobile SIM card. To activate it I go to Profile->my account info->edit account info->new sim… And then SAVE does not work!

Please help !

good to hear. Rather than assign the SOLUTION to yourself, edit your reply and re-assign Solution to whomever guided you to the answer first / best.

Use that little down arrow on top right side of the dialogue box to Edit Reply / Solution .

if you were using a mobile phone to make change of the sim card, please use a desktop or laptop.  there is problem with the site if you use mobile phone

log in on your laptop but first use incognito mode...should help.

@areguina Are you using a desktop browser?  You can try to clear your browser cache then use incognito/in private browsing mode to see if that will help.  If those don't work, you can contact the CS Agent to help you update the SIM.

 

You can contact an agent using the chatbot.  Type "agent" and click contact us to go through the wizard.
