How do I use my phone number that was suspended to reactivate my account

You need to make a manual payment with a CC by login to your account on the PM app. 

You can purchase vouchers from 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples then dial 611 and enter the voucher number and pin.

If it was suspended for 90 days or longer. Your account will be closed, SIM will be useless and your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from.
