Not really, you can only choose from the 4 or 5 numbers they gave you. Of course, you can refresh page to get another 4 or 5, but you cannot really choose the exact number you want

There are a few options. You can port over a number from another service or you can start fresh. You do get a list of numbers to choose from and change the page until you find a number you like.
Here's the best part. If you're tired of looking for a number, you have the ability to change your number 4 times a month, once a week until you find something you like.
You can also, and this is what I did with my PM account, I had a VOIP app number I really like and ported it over. They have a 90 day waiting period for most like Fongo and TextNow but... read the fine print with them and port when wanted.
