Hello, I activated my plan on Dec 26 2020, however, my phone number can't finish transfer over from the old device, so finally i need to choose a new number for my plan, and my plan was activated again on Jan 02 2021, and my account was reset again at that time( you guys create a new account for my information.) So i want to know if my account still on that promotion plan? That plan was" activated before Jan 15, will get 2G data and second month payment for free. " I just want to know if that still available for my plan? Thanks.

Hi,
My old phone number can't transfer because my phone number account just expired few days before I choose public mobile. and it was so surprised that I just transfer half, I could call and receive somebody, not every one, that means it was not finish transfer. So I asked for help from the Moderator, and Chris, he was the guy help me to fix my account. Finally I choose to change my phone number, and for some mistake, Chris gave me a BC number, but I live in Edmonton, so I need to choose the new number again. And Chris told me my account can't change number for two times, so he need to create a new account with my information. So I want to know whether My account still in that promotion plan. I think I should ask Chris when my account done before, however, I just think about this question now.

Is sounds like you created two accounts. Just curious, why couldn't you transfer your old number? Was it not available to do so?
If you activated the 1st account under the promo, but not the 2nd (which would have required another email) than you would not be eligible.
But, if you are on the same account, and renewed your plan again, that sounds like it could have been a mistake, perhaps...then in this case you should be eligible for the promo.
In either case, maybe explain your situation to the moderators maybe they can assist you somehow.
