Do I need to have an active plan to use add-ons?

I have the following ad-ons:

2GB one-time data bonus

500 one-time Int'l LD bonus

Do I need to have an active plan in order to use these? In other words if I cancel my plan in the future, will I still be able to use the add-ons?

Yes, account has to be active in order to use add-ons. If account is suspended that means no service thus nothing can be used whatever is on your account.

Yes you need an Active plan to use your More is Merrier promo so use it all up before canceling your plan. 
They will be deleted once you cancel your plan.

Once you cancel your plan you will lose your add ons.
