then it is easily, you can have PM support agent to find your old account back for you and update the email address . please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

No somehow it forgot my email and I was using my phone number to login. So I made a new email acount but when I try to add my phone number it says there is an existing number

if you have two accounts and you want one login, then sorry, this cannot be done. Each account uses its own email to login and cannot be combined
But if you meant you have a new sim card and account and you need your old phone number back, then give us more details, it might or might not be doable.

you can't...every account is unique with it's own account number, phone number and email address.
