Discovered recurring $25.99 charge on top of plan!?

I was looking through my credit card statements and discovered that since joining Public Mobile they have charged me the amount for my 3 month plan every 3 months. PLUS a $25.99 charge EVERY 26th of the month?! What isn't his charge? I removed my credit catd info from the account in November but somehow they still charged me in December!! When I look at the payment history in !y public mobile account there is no record of these $25.99 charges. This is unacceptable! I want a real employee to investigate this asap before I contact the BBB

@Megistus   PM's system has been known to not apply the loyalty reward in some cases, so if you are eligible for the loyalty reward and not seeing it being applied, then contact moderators and they will have to add it manually for you and then you need to keep a watch on your account and make sure it's being applied for future renewals too.

The $25 plan - autopay reward of $2 = $23 + 13% taxes = $25.99

Edit: maybe you're having a different problem of not getting one of the rewards

That’s usually based upon tax based on the provinces. So I believe that’s what is being charged to the CC while the actual plan cost excluding tax is shown in the self serve account

Estimated costs in your self serve account do not include taxes. Perhaps that is what you are seeing?

My estimated costs last month was $20 but my card was charged $23. Additional $3 was for the 15% tax rate here.

@Frustrated2019, What month were these charges in?  As Public is billed either 30 days or 90 days it is very unlikely the payment date would be on the 26th of each montth especially if a couple of those months that were billed during the time were 31 days.  So on your credit card statement it says it was a Public Mobile charge?
