Difficulty changing plan to 24$ 4gb 4G plan from existing plan

As outlined I would like to swap my subscription to the plan noted. Can someone assist the option does not present itself…

@isaac_dooks - Be nice to CS_Agent and they may give the plan to you. If they accept your request you will lose the rest of your renewal as it is an immediate change:

the problem is that the plan you want to upgrade to is only available to new accounts...not existing accounts. Sorry

Unfortunately, the $24 plan is only available to new customers activating new accounts.  Not for existing customers.
