i changed plan from 50 to 40 but didnt changed to 40 dollar with 15gig. Can you please help me.

Try hitting the “refresh button” on the data page. It may also take a few days for it to show up.
I recently had a 35$ plan but upgraded to the 40$ plan with 15gb but it was still showing that I only had 5GB

HI @dcabungcag it could be browser cache and you are reading cached page.
Try to clear cache, close and restart browser
or try access My Account using Private/Incognito/Secret mode

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode instead. Then do a refresh of your overview page.
