Didn't recieve qr code email

I clicked esim and my phone isn't compatible I can't get into my account to change settings as I'm not completely registered yet. In app says esim not compatible 

Got the confirmation email but there is no qr code in it

I'm so confused

could be longer than usual, hopefully in 4 hours.  Message them again if you waited over 4 hours

Note that CS agent response times are on the lengthy side so you would have to wait a bit.

I’m not sure why you didn’t get the code but you can speak with a CS agent to get this sorted out.
