I selected esim at checkout and my phone isnt combatible so i bought a sim card. People keep telling me to add it into profile settings but there is no option to in my case. I tried posting a picture but it's to big apparently. I messaged cs yesterda...

I clicked esim and my phone isn't compatible I can't get into my account to change settings as I'm not completely registered yet. In app says esim not compatible Got the confirmation email but there is no qr code in itI'm so confused 

I selected e sim at checkout when I got my plan. My phone isn't compatible so I got a physical sim card. Everything i try to activate it tells me the phone is esim not compatible.. how do I change it to physical sim
