Did not received 4 sim cards ordered Dec 28th 2023.

I bought 4 PLANs for my family around 30 days ago. You guys were supposed to send USIMs for free, but you haven't even received 1 USIM yet.
I hope you solve this problem.

Hey @HANKI 

It can take up to 3-4 weeks getting it directly from Public Mobile.  If you ordered on December 28th, I'm sure it wasn't sent out until at least the 2nd 3rd or 4th of January. They should be showing up sometime this week or early next week. If you haven't got them by the end of next week, then for sure use the link provided by @computergeek541
