Bought a used samsung A21 from best buy for my dad, when trying to call or text, it says not registered on network. So I did the usual stuff like reboot the phone, take out the Sim card , check if the phone was blacklisted and so on. The new Sim card is working fine in my S21 but not working in the A21 and my own sim card is getting the same message in the A21... so clearly this is not a sim card or account problem. I have also checked if the phone was unlock and it is. SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??? Thanks for the help

Reset your network settings and also check that the phone is set to use all network types. If that doesn't fix it, return the phone immediately for a refund as it either defective or the IMEI is being blocked.
