Hi, both my wife and I are existing public mobile customers but neither of us receive text for the holiday reward. Is there another way to claim it?

Thank you for the replies. I tried texting YES2 to 4911 but it didn't work, so I just submitted a support ticket.

it is not too late.
Please open ticket with PM CS agent today and they will add it back for you quickly. My friend did it and got it back in couple hours
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

@hthan @First try texting YES2 4911 . If that doesn’t work you need to open a ticket
Getting help from agent , through automation
Or get direct help from a agent right here in the community ( my preferred choice )
