The money has been deducted and I have not received any sim card!

@KKKK Yup, it's just a bit of a waiting game now. You'll eventually get your card.

omg, you have to ask for a physical sim card from web or app now.

unfortunately- my mobile is not compatible for eSim.

Public Mobile means to say that they will ship within 2 business days. This isn't an indication of arrival time.

@KKKK In my experience, it had taken between 7 to 10 business days. Worst case scenario, you can also opt for the eSim. If your phone is compatible, it is absolutely free! 🙂

it's been taking up to 3 weeks for delivery of some sims ordered from PM website. Are you aware that esim is free for all new accounts right now ?

@KKKK it can take 5-7 business days to receive the card.  If it's been that long, you can reach out to CS_Agent to get them to check status.
