Can someone please contact me.
I am new to Public Mobile, I have no phone service as my number did not port over. My previous account has been closed. But am unable to access any phone service. Please call me at work 780-xxx-xxxx

only active account can be ported. If you never closed the account yourself, the the close would meant port was completed. But if it was closed before you request porting, you need to activate the old account first
i will send you a number to your community inbox about the porting team and they can confirm if port was done
Also, if you cannot even make outbound calls, then it is a sim card setup problem, please submit ticket with PM agent here
