Hi I no longer have access to the email I used to sign up as I deleted it. I also forgot my password so I can’t reset my password using my email. I need to log into self serve and there are no valid options with the chatbot.

Yes, there is a limit to how many bravos in a minute or so. Not sure if it is something new or it has been there but just no one notice. But there was a post last week talking about this too.

You have to contact the CSA's and give them a new email. They ask you some questions like your birth date and stuff then you can change it.
