I lost my phone today and can’t access my email because I forgot the password and need my phone number to reset it. Sorry I'm being low-tech 60 years old man
When I try to log into my Public Mobile account, it sends a code to my phone or email—both of which I can’t access.
I created this account with a different email just to ask for help.
I would like to cancel or lock my account, phone number permanently and get a new Sim Card and phone number so nobody can steal my identity.
I can provide any paperwork or information to prove my identity. I appreciate your help.
