Hi, my son gave me his old iPhone 13 because he got a new iPhone. I cannot access his public mobile account to change the subscription and payment method because he forgot his password. So I reset the password. Now it’s saying I’ve made too many attempts and need to wait an hour. After a day it is still saying it’s locked and need to wait an hour. How do I unlock the account? It seems like it’s not resetting after an hour.

you can still login , click Didn't receive code or Resend code, you can then choose Send Email or Send voice message to get the code via email or voicemail. If you are getting via voicemail, call yourself from another phone and you can retrieve the code that way

@Bunny19 clear cache by swiping down from the top of your screen. Or use secret mode to access the site.
If it still doesn't work then a message will need to be sent to agents for assistance.
If the account is in your son's name, he might have to be the one who makes the request to them.
