Want to use only vouchers for payment. How to delete credit card in this new system?

You can, however, change the card. Use a zero balance visa gift card kind of thing. Let me know if you like this option and I'll give you the particulars of one.

@Lovespainting , Only a CS_Agent can remove your payment card for you. Please send them a private message. I use vouchers also to pay for mine now 😃. Just make sure you add the funds at least 3 days ahead of time before your 30 day plan needs to renew or at least thats how I do it.

@Lovespainting  You need to ask support to remove the credit card info from the account

I know you can manage your payment method directly on your account, subscription and addons, manage subscription, and then manage payment method. It unfortunately doesn’t allow you to remove the credit card so you will have to reach out to customer service.

Use the link below to directly message a customer service agent for support. They will answer you in the mailbox here on your community account so please keep an eye on that. Click the profile picture on the right side of the screen (beside the bell icon) to view the messages or the envelope icon when on desktop.
