How can I delete my credit card info? I also want to ensure my account is cancelled since I have a new provider. Please advise. Thanks

You have to open a ticket and agent might do that for you.
If you port your number from PM to other provider your account is ALREADY deleted. You should have asked for card removal before porting (if you did port out).

Once you port out, your account will be closed and your CC will be removed but if you want you contact a CS_Agent to confirm.

just message CSA and give them as much acct info as you can ..ie: ph number, acct number, name on acct, PM pin number etc...

You can't delete your credit card details yourself. A CS agent must do it for. You can use this direct link. Click the envelope or click your profile then inbox to see any new responses.
