I recently opt out from public mobile and i was immediately charged $46 for auto deposit but i had already opt out of auto deposit before opting out from the network.

Now, i am unable to talk to any of their customer care representative.

Hi

When you said you opted out, did you transfer your number or just abandoned the account.

If you transferred the number before your renewal (really had to be before not in the day or the day after) then you should immediately contact moderators Direct link to moderators

It will take about 30 days for reimbursement.

If you transferred after, you are out of luck you forfeited everything you paid for, and this is valid for all prepaid services.

If you just abandoned it, then you have two options:

Your account and plan are active and as the first option you can use it. Make sure you remove all your payment info for the next month of you decide to do this.

You can also try contacting moderators letting them know that autopay executed by mistake. They are usually very kind to customers and you may be lucky to have the reimbursement. There are no guarantees though

Oh man. You got half way. You ought to have also removed your payment card.

But here's the thing...you shouldn't have to. Porting out should close everything. But here you are.

Your initial action is to contact the moderators.
