I signed up for a $34 /month which originally spewed Canada and US talk, text, 50gigs and 5g. This would take care of a trip to the US but now reading the fine print, they have changed the language and US roaming is a separate item. What is the inside knowledge on this xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx?

HI @OlsterGuyson52

(sorry, need to post the screenshot of my earlier reply as somehow the system thought those are spam)

Are you paying $34 per month?

If, as it is being suggested here, the fine print - terms and conditions - don't necessarily apply to the plan one signed up for, then where do I find the plan I signed up for? I sould have but didn't, take a screen shot.

Canada-US plan is a plan that would take are of your US trip, you will be using the service in US like you are home in Canada

The fine print you are talking is a one template for all plans.  You will have to check which lines correspond to your plan, ie. not every line on the fine prints is about your Canada-US plan.   But I assure you that you don't need to buy extra US raoming add-ons if you are on the Canada-US plan.  I have a plan like this  and I was able to use the service in US without any problems.  Also, many community members also confirm no problem , and no extra cost, to use the service in US when you have a Canada-US plan

@ejfolk  no changes, I think OP misunderstand with the one fine-prints template for the different plans here

My entire family has the Canada US plan and the phones have worked fine in the US with no extra charges. Is this a new change?

Public Mobile will update tbe terms and conditions as plans change. They only apply to each particular plan. If your plan at activation included US Roaming then those terms still apply to your plan. If you change plans then the new terms apply.
