Make sure that your credit card details are correctly entered including the expiration date. If all is correct and your still experiencing problems then message CS agent.

updating credit card is one of the hardest thing to complete here

wait 24 hours and try again using Incognito browser mode 

if you need to make payment to resume and cannot wait, buy a voucher from store and pay using *611

many had issue with updating credit card or making payment here. But first make sure it is not an issue with your credit card.

if you can wait 24 hours, wait 24 hours and 

  1. use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to try login My Account and pay
  2. use Public Mobile app.  Make sure you give Location Permission before trying

if they both fail and you need to pay to resume service, best to get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart and pay by voucher using *611 or via My Account
