December 10th promotion - 2GB bonus one-time data add-on and 500 international long-distance bonus

I received a text on December 10th with the offer for 2GB bonus one-time data add-on and 500 international long-distance bonus minutes one-time add-on.   Plus, it stated get a bonus 1GB of free data with Public Points.  It stated to reply YES2 to have them instantly applied.  I replied YES2 the same day but have not seen any of these offers added to my account.  If anything uses my points I don't want it though. I'm not sure how it's free if it uses points.  Can someone check on these promotions please

Please try to login to My Account again using Incognito mode and you should see the bonus addons there

Since you are on Public Points, remember to login and redeem the free 1GB extra bonus as well.  Check the Catalogue in My Rewards site

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode first

Your probably looking at old cached information before.
