How should I cancel my subscription as I no longer want to use public mobile .

Bear in mind, if you remove your payment method and your account becomes suspended, you will not be able to port (move) your number to another mobile service provider.

So make sure to arrange the porting of your number to another provider before your current cycle end date, if you wish to retain your number with another provider.
