My daughter phone broke and she doesn't have access to her old email address therefore unable to log into her account to do a sim swap to switch to a new device. We need a real person to help

If you can switch the SIM to another phone and try to log on and use the code. If you still can’t login then you can submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.

if email option not the way to go either, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here and they will help to reset password and change email
